You have some brilliant ideas for software, so let me congratulate you in the first place.
One of the things I've always missed in the Gnome DE is a graphical tool to change the colors and settings of your GTK theme. At the moment it can be done, but only by editing XML files which is quite obscure for most users including myself.
So, how's that for an idea?

Just wanted to tell you about something that (IMHO) I don't like from the GUI's. Why do they all the windows of a program have the same size? The lots of white space that are on many of the windows looks just ugly... (Well, at least in my opinion).
